Day-of Wedding Coordinator

There are sooooo many things that I take care of on your wedding day. During our multiple chats and emails before your wedding day, we will go over your expectations and my responsibilities as your coordinator. 

 

These are just some of the basics that we will cover in unlimited text messages, emails and scheduled phone appointments:

  • ​Create a detailed timeline 

  • Oversee the timeline on your wedding day

  • Connect with vendors prior to your wedding

  • Provide a point of contact for all vendors

  • Review vendor contracts 

  • Set out center pieces and other decorative items

  • Assist bride with dress during photos

  • Any discussed details you need handled that day. 

  • Bridal emergency kit, event insurance and portable steamer ALWAYS on site

No travel fee if venue is within 60 miles

Excited Bride

Bridal Assistant

This package is ideal for a bride who has a vendor coordinator or event planner.

​

Spoil yourself on your wedding day and allow me to assist you.

​

  • Deliver pre-paid food to venue bridal suite in the morning

  • Assist bridesmaids in ready room: steaming dresses, adjusting jewelry and accessories, including florals

  • Ensure bride and bridal party follow the vendor coordinator timeline

  • Communicate last minute questions or concerns with vendor coordinator

  • Check-out assistant of bridal suite, including organizing personal items

  • Assist in making social media videos

  • Assist bride with dress  during photos

  • All around assistant for the day 

 

Packages start at $300

No travel fee if venue is within 60 miles
